The Israeli inheritance law determines how one's estate will be divided between his successors. As common in many countries around the world the law allows to make a will in a very specific ways and enables absolute free will to determine who will be the beneficiaries according to the will.

It is extremely important to consider carefully all the implications that the will might cause or the implications for not making a will. One small mistake can lead to unnecessary conflicts and can cause years of litigations.


Nevertheless, unfortunately, many families find themselves in disputes after the death of their beloved ones, especially, in cases when one member of the family has tried to influence the diseased to and sometimes even took advantage of him during his life time so he will be is sole heir.
